Hey Guys,
Its been a while, going back to school has been busier then anticipated.
I am currently ignoring the studying I have yet to do for my Christmas tests.

This is currently my favourite time of year, Halloween, Autumn, Christmas & New Year. I feel like everyone's is in a great mood from October till December. A few weeks ago my best friend invited me to a wedding as her guest.

I'm currently lying on the couch sick, drinking a cappuccino. When in fact I should be doing some online Christmas shopping. But I always leave these things untill the last minute. (Mayor procrastinator!)

5.Music lessons 

Music lessons are a great gift if you know the persons wants to try an instrument or loves singing. If they already play an instrument you could always get them a song book. I have seen great song books that have sheet music to well known pop songs. This would make a great gift.

6.Concerts 

One of the best present you could get a music lover is concert tickets. But they are often expensive & out of budget. As a cheap alternative why not get a concert DVD of their favourite band. More & more band are producing concert albums & dvd's.

Winter must-haves.

Hey Guys,

Today I decided to kick off the first winter post of the year.

This post is going to be a must-haves.

Last year I showed you guy’s some of my must haves for the winter season, I had a lot of fun making that post so this year I thought I'd do an updated version.

1. Winter Boots

If you read my '2014 wish list' you will see a pair of Dr Martins which I had dreamed about getting for months. Well about three weeks ago I decided to splurge, & now I finally have them. I absolutely adore these boots. They are not only fashionable but very durable I will defiantly be wearing these on cold winter days.

• I got the 1960 classic 8 tie boots in black in Schuh for €130, Schuh give 10% off to 3rd level students.

2. Oversized coats

If I have to go somewhere during a cold winter evening, you can 100% guarantee I’m wearing my big woolly coat.

·         I really love this coat from La Garconne, only problem, its €493.85.

3. Velvet

Whenever I see velvet I automatically think of winter. I think velvet will make a strong appearance in clothes shops this winter (and if it doesn’t I’m going to wear it anyway).I especially love velvet dresses, these two are my favourite’s picks.

·         The black one is from www.motelrocks.com .

·         The red velvet dress is from Bethany Moats collection at Aeropostal.

 4. The Pony Fishtail

Usually I like to have my hair out of my face when I am at school or working. But recently I have been styling my hair like this. It gives an ordinary ponytail a bit more detail & it’s a great way of working a plait without having to worry about shorter layers falling out.

5. Dark nail polishes

During winter I love wearing darker nail polish. My favourites are greys, reds and maroons.

·         The maroon one is from O.P.I called ‘in a Holidaze’

·         The Essie one has no name, but a grey colour I love from Essie is Chinchilly.

6. Tartan

I could go on and on and on about how much I love tartan, but I’ll keep it short. Tartan has always been one of my favourite patterns. But for this winter it has hit a whole new extreme.

·         This scarf (which I really want) is from Selfridges, but I’m pretty sure most shops will do tartan scarf’s this winter

·         These leggings are from New Look (which I really want also). These can be worn casual or glammed up on a night out.

7. Dark make-up

Just like nail polish I like to wear darker make-up in the winter, especially berry coloured lips. My all time favourite lipstick is Revlon’s Black Cherry, which is a dark maroon colour

·         This lipstick ( again I really want it) is from M.A.C in colour ‘Rebel’

·         This gold glitter eye shadow which is perfect for Christmas time is from Bare Minerals.

·         I adore the colour of this eye shadow, but I fear I might be too scared to try it. It’s from Trish McEvoy.

Winter must haves

My Winter Must Haves

Hey Everyone,
I cannot believe its only 16 days till Christmas but than again who's counting.
Today I have decided to share with you my Winter must haves, these are just a few things I like to wear during winter.

No. 1 Casual  Dress
I really like to wear casual daytime dreses in th Winter I dont know I just feel more confident wearing a dress with tights in Winter than going bare legged In Summer during the day time.

No. 2 Party Dress
Since tis the season for Christmas party's I think there's no better time to crack out the sparkles then Christmas

No. 3 Dark lipstick 
I really like a dark lipstick, I'm not confident enough to go very dark but I do like a berry color

No.4 Boots 
If you dont know my love for Topshop cut out boots, your about to find out.
I think these boots are adorable especially with a dress,I just wish Santa would bring me a pair.

No.5  and No.8 Hot chocolate and parka coat
I love sitting down in the evening, in winter with Mam with a hot chocolate,
No.6 Beanies Galore
I wearing my jacket with  beanies it keeps my ears warm and fashionable.
Primark/Penneys do very cheap beanies which are super cosy and warm.

No.7,9 and 10 Cosy Clothes
Again I love chilling in the evening in cosy clothes in the cold weather.

Christmas day outifts

Christmas Day Outfit I deas

I hope everyone is enjoying the build up to Xmas as much as I am, I'm currently seated with hot chocolate with my mam watching telly

So I recently joined a lovely website called Polyvore, which allowed me to make this collage.^^

Since its only a few days till Christmas I decided to do a Christmas Day Outfits collage.

Here is what I've come up with:

1. Topshop purple velvet skirt

I don't know why but velvet really reminds me of Christmas, I think this would be really nice with a white shirt or an over sized jumper, with black tights and ankle boots.

2.Daisy tunic dress

I really like this and think its nice and casual and very festive. I think this would be very nice with Doc Martins or Chelsea boots 

3.Tartin Primark/Pennys dress

Ok I know what your thinking Summerbay school uniform from Home and away? But I really love it, and proudly own it and probably think this is what I'll be wearing Christmas day.

So the next idea is more casual and comfy. I know some people like to wear comfy clothes on Christmas day and others like to dress up. Personally I like to go comfy on Christmas Eve and dress up on Christmas day.

4.Topshop Gingerman Jumper and New Look Christmas Leggings

I love the gingerbread man jumper , this is by far my favorite Christmas novelty jumper I've seen yet.

The leggings, well New Look are my favorite place to go for leggings and these just the cutest leggings ever.
